Pwede mo ata ipa lift muna sa mga gasoline station service bays tapos pacheck lang yung suspension kung me maluwang na part..any reputable auto underchassis shop may do some checking. Maybe retighten bolts etc? yun nga lang, I'm not knowledgeable about the warranty issues.

I was told that bushing are worn already and have been replaced. So far, the kalampags are gone. I didn't shell out a single cent because of the warranty. At 1 year & two months old, maagang bumigay ang mga bushings.

Sir the Innova has a different suspension design. More sturdy built for loading talaga. The Carens has a multi link rear suspension. I heard multi links are better at paved roads. Anyone tried installing a strut link bar? A friend told me installing a harder shocks and lowering the height might be the solution to the problem. Sobrang lambot ng stock shocks natin.

I had my unit checked up and repaired at Kia Congressional, Q.C. Bolt tightening was first undertaken and after few days, I returned and the coil spring rubbing hose (manipis at marupok) were all replaced with a heavy duty rubber/plastic water hose. Maganda pa maglaro suspension ko ngayon. Refer the problem with Mr Ferdinand Santiago.

Congressional had replaced mine wiith heavy duty water hose. Ganda na.

I had the same thing done to our Carens just this month, I had it done at Kia Mandaluyong (Signet), yung bushing daw talaga ang sakit ng Carens, after a month after we got our Carens, meron na kalampag, dun nga sa rear right coil spring. So far wala ng problem.

My naririnig akong "tok" tuwing kumakabig ako towards the right coming from a standstill position (usually pag pa alis na ako from a parked position). I already heard this thrice..
I heard it on the left front wheel... It's not normal and I'm beginning to have apprehensions and worries...
Have you also experienced this?
