Went to Kia Pampanga last Saturday supposedly for the replacement of the stabilizer links as advised by Kia Dagupan (iisa may ari ng Kia Dagupan at Pampanga). May kalampag na kasi sa left front).
But when I got there, the SA told me I would have to shelve out 1,500 for each stabilizer link and charge me another 500 for the labor. I said it is supposed to be under warranty but the SA insisted that those parts are not covered.
I texted sir Mschu and he confirmed to me that according to Kia E Rod, under warranty dapat yon. So from Pampanga, we went diretly to Signet.
I explained to them the recommendations of the two casas. Agad agad naman nila nilabas yung replacement parts but when the mechanic test drove it, he discovered that it was not the stabilizer links that's causing the problem. It's the loose screw at the shock mount. Hinigpitan lang tapos okey na daw yun. He said that should there be a need to replace the links, under warrant pa daw yun kasama na yung sa bushings.
Very common ang ganong problem. He said they have encountered more than 10 cases already of that same problem at bihira daw nasisira yun links at such a very short mileage.
Thanks to sir Mschu who even offered to accompany me to Kia E Rod.
To cut the long story short, okey na ulit Carens ko.
