Those guidelines are best. -Paano kaya ang for hire vehicle na sobra sa seating capacity. -Ang mga jeep na walang break light pag minamalas malas walang pang signal signal light
I wish sana maging batas.

Pag naimplement ito for sure mawawalan ng owners and passenger jeeps. E pano naman ang mga bus? This is a stupid law it is just a mean of extorting money from juan dela cruz. As you could see this law are biased to the private sector only. And besides this is just a very good example of abuse of their powers. Pag naimplement to wala ng transport show.

pabor lang ako sa paghuli ng mga defective na headlights, brake lights and signal lights. pero dun sa mga iba parang malabo hindi naman nakakaapekto sa driving condition ang mga pormadong kotse.

I also agree with some of the stuff written. Like yung sa overloading and wearing of seatbelts... some of the proposed are not really agreeable... like the modifications part... wag lang overly done which sometimes sacrifice safety (a good example is those blinkers and other distracting modifications)

So it means, I needs an approval from LTO and DTI regarding my Mags, huhuhu, i have to call Kia Pampanga, I hope they've already done it. Well for me it's just fine to have new guidelines, BUT, Government bureaucrazy should set as an example, As you can see government own vehicles are in not so good condition. not only this, roads should be always in excellent condition, since we are paying ROAD USERS TAX.
