How much gas left in the tank when Low Fuel level warning light indicates? I tried to check the manual of Carens and Rondo, they only said is :"add fuel as soon as possible" . In the manual of Sportage the low warning is about 9-10 liters, same thing kaya ito sa CARENS. Kailangan natin to baka abutin tayo ng low fuel....  |

di ko lang sure, usually 5 liters. pero when I had a full thank kanina, 52 liters ang inilagay (automatic) which could mean na may 8 liters pa sa tank ko kung 60 liters lang capacity ng tank natin. pero i doubt kung talagang 60 liters lang capacity ng tank natin kasi nasa gitna pa nung 1st and 2nd lines sa guage nung nagpa full tank ako kanina at wala pang signal na low fuel. could this mean na lesser than 8 liters pa kung low fuel na tayo?

Hindi ba 55 liters ang fuel capacity ng Carens? Kung tama ang computation ni sir Barzee eh baka 3-4 liters na lang natitira pag nag on na low fuel light.
Matagal na akong hindi pa nagpapa full tank usually hangang half pag nagpapakarga ako kasi (hoping) bumaba pa ang diesel..hehehe

ang alam ko rin 55 liters, pero when i visited the rondo site, i converted the galons to liters, lumabas na 59.98 liters=60, so i assumed it to be 60liters automatic, pero it can go higher pa kung isasagad sa gas station...i dunno lang kung how much pa idadagdag.
tama ka hanren, kung 55 liters capacity tapos 52 liter na napa full tank ko kanina, 3 liter na lang ang natira sa akin, pero bakit nasa gitna pa ng 1st-2nd line guage yung tanke ko kanina? impossible na 3 liters na lang yun kaya i checked with the rondo site, and that is why i changed my post to 60 liters. yun lang. pero sa specs natin 55 liters talaga nakalagay which i think is a little small considering the carens to be an mpv.

sir barzee.. I'm wondering noong sa 1st full tank ko,halos malapit na siya sa 1st line gauge bago ako nag pa karga , pero 38 liters lang ang na karga sa automatic filling. Today, Sa nasa Sta. Maria bulacan ako. Ang gauge ko nasa pagitan ng 1st and 2nd line , balak ko sanang magpa full tank pero di pala tumatanggap ng card yong station. kaya 800 pesos lang ang nakarga ko for 16 liter. Umabot ng 1/2 fill ang laman. Estimate ko kung nagpa full tank uli ako di parin aabot sa 52 liters ang laman. Imposible namang maliit ang tank ng gas variant.

I've tried filling it up with 60+ liters of fuel when you fill it to the brim. After the automatic shut off at the pump you still can fill it up with 15 liters or so of fuel.

After the automatic shut off at the pump you still can fill it up with 15 liters or so of fuel. hmmm, interesting. usually, automatic lang ako pag nagpapafull tank para ma-measure ko consumption. baka nga nung nagkarga ako ng 52 liters eh, hindi pala automatic ginawa nung gasoline attendant. nagtaka nga rin ako nun, kasi lumabas 6km/l lang tinakbo ko that time, kinda weird. usually nga pag nasa gitna ng 1st & 2nd line yung guage, around 42 liters ang kinakarga for full tank. so kung sagadin tank, malamang tama si mschumacher na mga 15 liters pa pwedeng idagdag. so is it safe to assume that we can fill our tanks with 70 liters? (55+15) |

I think we still have at least 5+ liters of reserve once the low fuel light illuminates.
Nasubukan ko kasi tumakbo for about 58 kms starting when the warning light glowed.

sir red: sagad ba sa 1st line ng gauge kapag inabot ang low fuel level. gusto ko sanang i-try mag pa low level. Last Wednesday. In between ang gauge ko sa 1st and 2nd line. I travel from antipolo to Petron Marialo Bulacan di parin siya umabot o sumagad sa 1st line. Di ko na pinaabot sa Sta. Maria baka tumirik....
