I know the Carens has Variable Geometry Turbo. The Top Gear Green issue didn't mention it. This is so confusing actually to other owners. Well, muntik nako maniwala. But dealer specs don't lie. Any views on this guys? Thanks! Also anyone knows the compression ratio of the Carens CRDI? Just curious. It didn't say on the manual. ;D Well, ang carens po natin ay naka vgt na kaya nga mataas ang kanyang hp e. don't know about the cpompression ratio.

Thats great info sir joe10. Sa dealer specs natin locally the bore/stroke is 83/86. Euro version is possibly different.

I think most people (especially the other drivers on the road) are unaware that the Carens does have VGT.
that's why i bought a VGT emblem (same as on the Grand Starex) from a korean spare parts auto supply in banawe.... hehehehe.... ;D
bili ko dun sa VGT emblem (orig hyundai-kia mobis) P450.
